Elaine has been involved in various property interests through her working career; from sales, interior design and property management.

Stephen Parker - Director

Stephen has 22 years service with the Royal NZ Airforce specialising in aircraft engineering and maintenance, logistics and support system management, with a further four years with the Ministry of Defence as Director of Land and Sea capability capital procurement. He has a number of private company directorships, covering property investment and management. He is a member of the Institute of Management and the NZ Institute of Directors. Overall Stephen is entrepreneurial, with will do - solution broker flare.

Meg Coe - Director

Meg has interests in care of the elderly and children’s literature, is a registered nurse and has partially completed a Bachelor’s of Management Studies and is a private company director. Meg and Jim have owned and operated a small business delivering hospitality services within the motel industry.

Jim Coe - Director

Jim is a private company director, business and organisational generalist having spent some twenty years within New Zealand’s gas and electricity industries in engineering, line management, project management and strategic advisory roles. He also operates a general consultancy business delivering services focussing on energy matters. Jim has Bachelors in Science and Engineering (Electrical) and a Masters in Business Administration.
