BureauCo
Based in NZ, BureauCo assists businesses and agencies to interact with other
organisations to form a community in their specific industry. This interaction
enables the members of the community to manage required tasks in an efficient
and effective manner, thereby overcoming obstacles that may exist and prevent
them from completing the task. We believe people and organisations continually
require information and IT based solutions provide a method to fulfil this
need.
BureauCo Limited is committed through it’s facilitation to empowering
organisations to make “e-based” business process connections needed to meet
their operational and governance needs. BureauCo Limited is focussed on
delivering a range of bureau-centric solutions founded on robust applications
available to you when you need them.

Compliance, Competency and Credibility
|
|
|
Today, business processes and tasks are increasingly required to be considered
in context of what we call the 3Cs – Compliance, Competency and Credibility.
BureauCo Limited is able to provide a Community’s 3Cs requirements within the
context of the business process or task being undertaken – whatever the task.

BureauCo Limited is currently building an application for those organisations
that have a need to control what planned and unplanned work is undertaken in
the road, manage their work in the road or protect their existing assets over,
on or under the road. With full integration of HTML, GIS and related
technologies, a community will be able to interactively administrate their
roading corridor maintenance and project work activity.

Government Position Paper Released
The Government has released a position paper stating proposed changes for
improved co-ordination of planned access to the nation’s road and rail corridors.
The implementation timetable is advised to be second quarter 2007.
The position paper promotes the responsibilities of the Road Controlling
Authority (RCA) and discusses the relationship between the RCA, infrastructure
owners and third parties working in the roading and rail corridors.
BureauCo believes its PLAN.IT.road Application provides an effective mechanism for implementation of Government proposals.
